Resumo
Este trabalho visa apresentar uma breve análise acerca das questões educacionais, tendo como pano de fundo uma imagem organizativa e funcional da escola, assim como a qualificação do educador e a sua relação com o educando. Além das concepções do papel do Estado acerca do seu real objetivo, enquanto possibilitador e gestor do sistema educacional e seus mecanismos. Como também a relação escola/comunidade, pois só com esse apoio a escola pública brasileira pode se desenvolver ao longo dos anos, apesar desse desenvolvimento não ser realmente como sonhado pelas massas populares.

Summary
This paper presents a brief analysis about educational issues, with the backdrop of an organizational and functional image of the school, as well as the qualifications of the educator and their relationship with the student. Beyond notions of the role of the state about its real purpose as an enabler and manager of the educational system and its mechanisms. As well as the school / community, because only with such support the Brazilian public schools can develop over the years, although this development is not really as dreamed by the masses.
